Bashayer Residences by Modon Properties is the high-density counterpart to the Bashayer Villas, bringing the first-ever waterfront apartment living to Hudayriyat Island. While the villas offer expansive family estates, the Residences are housed in two low-rise, terraced buildings (G+5) that follow the natural curve of the western shoreline. The design is intentionally "light"—using soft stone, timber accents, and massive glass spans—to ensure the buildings feel like part of the beach rather than a disruption to the skyline.
