Henge Residences by Nord Real Estate Development is a boutique luxury project that brings an artisanal, Italian-inspired aesthetic to the Saadiyat Marina District. Developed in collaboration with the high-end Italian design brand HENGE, the building features a unique facade and interiors defined by rare materials like hand-brushed metals, aged wood, and sintered stone.

Unlike the larger master-planned blocks, Henge is designed to feel like a sculptural landmark, emphasizing a "soulful" atmosphere through its use of organic textures and soft, atmospheric lighting.
